"We have a grandma who came in tears. She is on a fixed income. Her grandchild is delivered to her frequently in a diaper that literally explodes when she puts him in the car seat.

The mother of her grandchild is so impoverished she doesn’t have enough diapers for the child. The child arrives with terrible diaper rash and open sores.

This grandmother cried again, but this time, with relief when we provided her with diapers to send home with her grandchild."
